SHIPPING AND RMA POLICIES

 

SHIPPING PROCEDURES AND POLICIES:

There is a $15 flat rate ground sipping fee via our house couriers on shipments within Vancouver Lower Mainland Region. All shipments out-of-town are FOB from MSL warehouse in Vancouver, B. C. Insurance is provided for shipments (value up to $20,000) using our house couriers. No additional insurance coverage will be provided unless requested by the customer (at additional cost). Customers must report shipping damages or missing shipments to both the courier company and MSL immediately.

WARRANTIES:

All Products are sold with a 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty against defects in material and workmanship, unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover caused by misuse or physical damages via shipping or by the customer. There is no implied warranty that the products will fit any particular purpose. MSL will not, whether expressly or implied, be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its products. All warranty returns are subject to the RMA return policies.

DOA RETURN POLICIES:

DOA products must be reported to MSL within (7) days of receipt of goods. DOA returns are subject to the same of RMA return policies.

RMA RETURN POLICIES:

Prior to shipping products back to MSL, customers must be reported to our Technical Department. In order to process your RMA returns, the products must sent back, prepaid, to our warehouse with the following:

A copy of the original packing slip, clearly showing the serial number.

Brief description of problem(s) and symptoms.

All manual, accessories and original packaging.

Proof of purchase (i.e. invoice number)

 

All collect shipments will be refused. Improper packaging, physical damages or alteration of serial number will void all warranties. Any goods returned for warranty claim that are found to be non-defective or damages as a result of misuse will be shipped back to the customer collect. A service fee of $30 per item may also be applied.

RETURN FOR CREDIT:

Credit will not be issued on any goods purchased over 15 days. Merchandise will be accepted for credit only if returned as-new condition, including original packing and manual. A 15% restocking charge will be applied. All returns are subject to RMA policies outline above. MSL reserves right to refuse any request to issue credit for return products. All returns for credit are to be applied for future purchases. No refund cheques will be issued.
